What you?ll do:
As a Schwab Senior Estate Relationship Professional, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding, expert experience to clients in order to build and maintain client loyalty. Specifically, you will:
+ _Proactively_ deliver unparalleled value and outstanding service to our clients in order to build and maintain client loyalty
+ _Proactively_ leverage emotional intelligence to meet clients and inheritors emotional needs during a challenging life event
+ _Proactively_ utilize active listening skills, and relationship building skills to uncover and assess underlying client needs \
+ _Demonstrate_ an ability to take on complex estate cases and escalated client issues and provide solutions
+ _Demonstrate_ a strong passion for client service, exhibiting positive energy and problem solving skills to connect with our clients through all channels
+ _Demonstrate_ the ability to engage clients in a manner that inspires asset retention and consolidation at Schwab
+ _Proactively_ assess and demonstrate ownership to resolve client issues that relate to trust, estates, and other complex issues
+ _Proactively_ identify and navigate clients to appropriate services and solutions
+ _Demonstrate_ the ability to mentor and train team members to assist in attaining individual, team, and department objectives
What you have:
+ Demonstrated passion for service and the financial markets
+ Active Series 7 & 63 and 9/10 licenses required ( a condition of employement will be considered for highly qualified candidates with)
+ 4+ years operational experience in legal or financial services including; brokerage, banking, legal/paralegal, or research
+ Bachelor?s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related area (will consider relevant work experience) with an advanced degreee preferred.
+ Outstanding written and verbal communication capability
+ Understanding of probate and estate processing
+ Excellent logical reasoning, problem solving and research skills
+ Ability to work in fast-paced environment with an ability to multi-task
+ Proven analytical skills with an ability to comprehend complex legal and tax issues
+ Able to empathize and respond sensitively to clients during life event conversations

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
