CoreLogic is currently seeking a Account Executive/Consultant Strategic Marketing Solutions to join our team in Westlake, TX.
Under general supervision and working in a team environment, promotes and sells CoreLogic products and services, ensures a high level of customer satisfaction, and achieves sales goals and objectives, within an assigned territory.
Job Duties:
- Research and identify prospective clients and customers.
- Ensure applicability of products and services in meeting their needs; plan, prioritize and schedule sales calls and demonstrations.
- Demonstrate products and solutions in both a web-based and in-office environment.
- Effectively connect CL solutions to solving clients business challenges.
- Respond to questions and overcome objections appropriately.
- Develop sales proposals and related follow up documentation for existing and potential customers.
- Manage assigned client portfolio; address exceptional collection issues, activities or developments that may impact customers, competitors, products and their enhancements.
- Ensure customer and prospect databases are maintained.
- Provide new and change information within established time frames.
- Follow up with call and/or visits to customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Identify and resolve issues and problems and provide training as needed. Secure add-on subscriptions and renewals.
- Attend and participate in trade shows, conferences and seminars.
- Promote product awareness, enhance sales skills and identify competitive products, potential customers and product enhancement.

- Provide relevant information to management.
- Work in a collaborative manner within sales organization, completing own assignments accurately and within established time frames and achieving departmental goals and objectives.
- Actively participate in special projects as assigned; assume responsibility for continuous learning along with quality productivity improvement.
- Personally maintain a good work attendance record
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Minimum two years of sales experience in a Mortgage Servicing related industry with a successful sales record
- Excellent sales techniques with ability to appropriately approach customers, make product presentations and effectively close sales
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with potential and existing customers
- Effective communicator in both written and oral form with all levels of internal and external contacts
- Negotiate favorable results and win-win solutions
- Make effective presentations to individual and group audiences. Describe and review the product in a clear and concise manner.
- Technologically competent with ability to learn and demonstrate product features

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
