Our Job Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Supervisor I to join our team in Westlake, TX.
Generally responsible for directly supervising a team of operations employees. Additional duties include interacting directly with internal and external business partners & management on day-to-day productivity, performance, service level agreements, capacity planning and volumes. This position closely monitors quality, production and escalated/high profile issue resolution. This position is considered a mid-level supervisor whereby the processes supervised are typically complex in nature or multiple functions are managed.
Job Duties:
- Supervise a team of operations employees. Coach, discipline and train employees; assign and audit work
- Ensure employees adhere to company and department policies and procedures
- Manage, schedule and approve time and coverage
- Monitor and measure teams performance through use of quality control and productivity metrics. Set goals for employees based on department objectives.
- Manage daily interactions with internal/external business partners and/or management. Manage functions related to core product groups.
- Review production, performance, quality, and service level agreements. Plan staffing capacity based upon volumes.
- Coordinate workflows and processes for the team with management, client representatives, other teams, and international resources.
- Create queries, produce reports, and manipulate spreadsheets for management and client review.
- Resolve escalated issues utilizing various resources. May work directly with customers or management, both inside and outside of department, to resolve issues
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- High school diploma or GED required; College degree strongly preferred
- Three years of industry or operational experience; One year of supervisory experience preferred; two or more years is highly preferred
- Experience with HOA/COA project approvals and underwriting strongly preferred
- Ability to manage processes and production
- Ability to multi-task
- Solid administrative and supervisory skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
