What s a typical day as Director of Technical Services Training? You ll be:
Managing the planning, forecasting, and reporting of all Technical Services and Training needs and projects.
Leading the Technical Services and Training Team members on developing, maintaining, and adjusting training and technical service plans.
Reviewing and analyzing performance data to measure team productivity and goal achievement.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a Bachelor s degree in a related field, with an advanced degree in business or related field preferred.
Have a minimum of 10 years of Technical Services experience in the HVAC industry.
Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to provide clear vision and strategy.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Are proficient in MS Office and have experience in developing and executing business processes.
