Calculating and monitoring program progress, calculating ROIs, and providing suggestions for improvement
Researching audience preferences and current market trends to suggest new programs and promotions
Working closely with marketing managers to promote programs and promotions
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Hold a Bachelor's degree in data analytics, computer science, business, or a relevant area of study
Have 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a data analyst role
Possess strong data collection, cleaning, analysis, interpretation, and reporting skills
Have a strong business sense and the ability to learn and understand business processes quickly
Are an expert in Excel and relevant software
Are organized, strategic, and a motivational problem solver
Have effective communication, follow-up, project management, and documentation skills
Pay attention to detail and have strong comprehension ability
Are interested in growth, self-development, and have a passion for learning
Have basic knowledge of the HVAC or similar industry (a plus)
