Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team! The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment while delivering high-quality education to students.
The Teacher will be responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing lesson plans, providing guidance and support to students, and collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure student success.
Curriculum Development:
Design, develop, and adapt lesson plans that align with the curriculum goals and standards set by the school.
Incorporate various teaching methodologies, instructional materials, and resources to create an engaging and effective learning experience.
Instruction and Classroom Management:
Deliver lessons effectively, employing a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
Maintain a well-organized and stimulating classroom environment that promotes student participation, interaction, and active learning.
Manage classroom behavior and discipline using positive and appropriate strategies.
Assessment and Evaluation:
Regularly assess student progress through various formative and summative assessment methods.
Provide constructive feedback to students on their academic performance and assignments.
Analyze assessment results to identify areas of improvement and adapt instructional strategies accordingly.
Student Support and Engagement:
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing their thoughts.
Provide individualized attention to students who require extra support, addressing their unique learning needs.
Communication and Collaboration:
Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues to keep them informed about student progress, classroom activities, and school events.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to share best practices, resources, and ideas for improving the overall educational experience.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of the subject matter and curriculum standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students.
Strong classroom management skills.
Prior teaching experience is a plus.

4 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday No nights No weekends License/Certification:
CPR Certification (Preferred) Work Location:
