Job Description:
The Sr. Manager of Portfolio Analysis & TBM reports to the head of Tech Finance & Strategic Portfolio Management, and will be accountable for E2E ownership of the TBM Model for Fidelity Wealth. In this role, your team and your finance partners will count on you for four critical things:
Owning the TBM model design and accuracy of the results Educating teams on how the TBM model works Helping your team and others analyze and interpret the results, and Leading the investment planning for quarterly tech reviews (QTRs) and annual planningAs you grow in this role you ll additionally get the chance to broaden your experience with business intelligence tools like PowerBI, support ad hoc analysis related to the tech portfolio, unlocking insights for senior leaders on investment benefits / ROI, and leading elements of the multi year planning and budgeting process.The Expertise and Skills You Bring Ability to learn quickly and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Thorough and experienced handling large quantities of information with high levels of accuracy Intellectually curiosity with a penchant for understanding how things work, as we ll count on you to be the SME Confidence and maturity to engage with partners on your team and across the Finance function, and set direction for large groups Excellent communication skills with the ability to summarize and clearly articulate complex issues An understanding of activity based costing models Familiarity with Fidelity s suite of planning tools; Anaplan, TBM, Workforce Connect, PowerBI, NGAV On the other side of this role you ll have gained a unique and a deep understanding for Fidelity Wealth s Agile operating model, the investments we make, the routines that underpin investment planning, and the financial architecture (ie systems) that power the insights. The knowledge you gain in this role will be critical as you ascend to other Finance Leadership roles.
