Host Your Role You will oversee reception both at the door and over the phone, efficiently seating all guests, and taking to-go orders.
You will be the face of the restaurant, and often have the first interaction with our guests.
Your Areas of Responsibility Reception Greet every person as if they were a guest in your own home, keeping in mind our mission of 'Connect, Enrich, Entertain' Ask questions to find out about any special accommodations the guest may require Maintain a running knowledge of your neighborhood and store in order to answer any questions a guest may have Answer all phone calls and direct to the appropriate department Take reservations and to-go orders as needed Seating Guests Utilize OpenTable to map out tables for reservations before each shift Understand the cycle of service in a restaurant and quote wait times accordingly Effectively communicate with servers to make sure that prompt service is provided to each guest To-Go Orders Maintain a running knowledge of our seasonally changing menu Understand all allergens and how to avoid them for guests with special dietary needs Complete all to-go orders including phone orders and orders from any online sources that your store may use, such as Caviar or Door Dash Minimum Job Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old.
Preferred Qualifications 2 years experience in a hospitality or reception position is ideal but not required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
