Highly Experienced Summer Nanny Needed for High-Profile Family in TX (Westlake, TX) Message from Family:
We are a high-profile family with 4 children.
Our kids are sweet, energetic and respectful.
They love to learn, play outside, swim and go on adventures.
We also have 4 dogs and a cat.
Mother and father are very hands on so the ability to work with the parents is important.
I am a stay at home mom looking for an extra set of hands since my husband travels for work and works long hours.
We also have a full-time housekeeper and part-time assistant.
We are an easy going family looking for someone professional, with lots of experience and someone who can read the room.
About the Children:
Our oldest daughter is 6 years old, very responsible, likes to be active and outside, loves animals.
Our next kiddo is almost 5 years old.
She is our little comedian, great swimmer, very emotionally intelligent.
Our son is almost 3 years old and is a tank and closer to the size of a 4/5 year old.
He's very athletic, loves to run and climb and super sweet.
Our youngest daughter is 1 years old.
Their Ideal Nanny:
We're on the lookout for an extraordinary Nanny to join our dynamic family! We need someone with the skills to handle a bustling household, effortlessly managing multiple kids and adapting to changing environments with ease.
Our ideal nanny is someone who can read the room, move quickly and can pick up after themselves.
Ideally, someone who has experience with many ages and can help with homeschooling for the older 2 (although this isn't necessary and a tutor can be hired instead).
We need someone with high energy to keep up with the kids and someone who isn't scared to hop in the pool, get on the ground and wrestle or do messy crafts.
A Nanny who is very active and does not relay on screen-time to keep the kids engaged is very important to us.
Someone that is open to travel here and there or taking overnights would be wonderful.
The ideal candidate can scan the room and see where their best use is (helping with kids, taking one kid away, letting parents lead, helping with clean up etc).
Overall the ideal candidate is someone who is exceptionally active, thrives in a high-energy environment throughout long days, embraces a no-screen-time approach, possesses high adaptability, boasts significant experience, is a self-starter, excels at reading the room, demonstrates remarkable flexibility, will be compensated for overtime, and is open to travel or handling overnights.
