Responsibilities oConsult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs and close the deal oAlways be consulting by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers oA consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline oDevelop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business oCreate written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process oOversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience oConsult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal oNurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales oConsistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline oGather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes Qualifications oSelf motivated and able to perform tasks independently oExcellent communication, negotiation and networking skills oA proven record of sales experience and success is preferred oShow good organizational and time management skills oWillingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Recommended Skills Administration Communication Curiosity Geography Negotiation Networking Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
