We are expanding our team and are looking for a Sr.
Team Manager in Alliance! The Alliance Department serves as a primary point of contact for the clients of independent advisors who custody assets with Schwab and provide best in class service.
What you have As a Sr.
Team Manager in Alliance, you will pursue our mission and values through:
Leading a team of 12-15 representatives who provide a consultative service to meet the needs of our clients and employees Developing team members through coaching, career development mentoring, and motivational techniques Assessing and resolving escalated client issues at a moment's notice, helping them navigate Schwab products and services Anticipate potential risk issues pertaining to all facets of the team while presenting and implementing proactive solutions.
Providing creative ideas and solutions that will benefit the business and set the strategic direction of the segment Anticipating potential risk issues pertaining to all facets of the operation while presenting and implementing proactive solutions Working collaboratively with other managers and leadership in cross-departmental projects and initiatives A valid and active FINRA Series 7, 63 or 66, 9 & 10 or 24 licenses required Bachelor's degree or relevant experience 3-5 years of people leadership experience, preferably within financial services Demonstrated experience mentoring and coaching employees to achieve and exceed performance standards Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication Ability to embrace change and innovation Positive attitude, team orientation, enthusiasm, professionalism, and strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple competing priorities within established deadlines Proven project management experience In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
