Job Description:
The Role As a Center of Excellence Lead for Cloud Modernization, the Fidelity Brokerage Technology and Fidelity Institutional Technology teams are looking for multiple candidates that display strategic, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to plan, coordination and communicate progress as part of our brokerage cloud migration program.
We are looking for a Program Manager of Cloud Modernization who will blend a deep level of expertise in program management and a passion for delivering results.
You will partner with other leaders to develop and complete a strategic modernization plan, elevate data for executive-level, presentations, monitor progress against plans, and report on key performance indicators.
You will build trust and key working relationships with a distributed team, finance partners and business leaders.
In addition, your responsibilities include:
Driving success against program goals by understanding the Modernization program strategy setting and tracking objectives & key performance metrics.
Developing and delivering clear and compelling written communications.
Consulting & advising the leadership team on insights to stay aligned with program goals.
Communicating large, sophisticated problems and solutions at the right level for senior consumption and decision making as the liaison between development teams and leadership.
Responding to rapid changes in information, process & direction, and prioritizing work to meet key due dates Collaborating & influencing stakeholders & senior leaders to drive business outcomes.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring 8
years' experience in technology delivery, technology portfolio management and planning, and/or large complex program management experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Extensive program management leadership, coordination and relationship management skills to balance partners' needs with program objectives.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and resource management skills to work with technical and business collaborators and highly technical development teams across multiple US regions and globally.
Strong discernment with a strategic and innovative approach that blends financial services skill and technology delivery.
This role may require Series 99 licensing within 120 days of hire.
You can manage multiple priorities, set and enforce clear goals, and assist teams with the cloud migration process as a customer concern point for consolidating issues, questions or technical challenges associated with migration development activities.
You are a strategic problem solver with focus on delivery execution and the quality of outcomes and a proven ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and deadline-driven environment.
You possess strong agile/scrum program management and leadership skills with a passion for excellence, innovation, and collaboration; eager to learn and adapt every day.
You manage your work through strong interpersonal, influencing and relationship management skills, including an ability to build relationships effectively with peers, all levels of management, and associates.
You must have superb communication and influencing skills (verbal, written and presentation) with the ability to work across functional boundaries and interact, influence, and work optimally with various levels of management and peers.

BookMaRCC) is part of Fidelity Brokerage Technology (FBT).
This Domain is playing a critical role in building the Next Generation (NextGen) brokerage platform, which is modernizing all core brokerage capabilities.
This Domain is responsible for reimagining, modernizing, and migrating Recordkeeping, Margin, Compliance & Customer Communications capabilities and data, to our future state best-in-class brokerage platform by using brand new technologies and innovations.
