Assisting in the creation of centralized reporting and analytical solutions across Finance, working closely with business partners to understand and analyze current data reporting and analysis needs.
Assisting in the creation of data and financial models to help Schwab understand profitability through various lenses including business segment, client deliver channel, and investment vehicle composition.
Improving the quality and depth of finance data by working actively with Profitability Analysis, Technical Support, Enterprise Finance teams, and Analytics & Business Insight (ABI) groups.
Understanding data in Schwab's data warehouse environment and other data platforms with a business perspective.
Understanding enterprise profitability and being able to support executive decision making.
Communicating effectively and dealing with a wide range of individuals, from end users of the data to the technical staff in Schwab Technology at various levels in the organization.
Responsible for understanding the requirements from business partners and prepare business requirements for the technical support team.
Leading initiatives in various development projects as wells as facilitating groups and influencing individuals across a range of tenures and working styles.

PLSQL Oracle; SQL Teradata; SSAS Cubes; Tableau; and Unix Recommended Skills Business Requirements Coaching And Mentoring Communication Creative Problem Solving Data Analysis Data Warehousing Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
