The role consults with the client to develop the implementation strategy and then operationalizes that strategy to create and deliver high-quality, cost-effective communications to participants in the Tax Exempt segments.
The Implementation Communication Consultant focuses on new client implementations, new plan setups, corporate actions and other large event projects.
In addition, the Implementation Communications Consultant will participate in Sales Final Presentations.
Successful participation includes:
the ability to present prepared material; speaking extemporaneously and answering questions/concerns off-the-cuff; adjusting one's presentation or responses as needed to match the tone or other logistics of the meeting; connecting with the audience.
TheSkillsYou BringStrong presentation skills for both the sales finals and ongoing client calls to ensure the client understands the value we bring to the communications process.
Your ability to manage multiple projects from end-to-end (from the sales finals to the hand off to the ongoing CC) by managing all resources to ensure that deadlines and client deliverables are met, positioning Plan for Life with high adoption rates, and effectively transitioning the client to the ongoing CC.
Being able to exceed client needs while simultaneously managing budget expectations and timeframes.
Your ability to write and/or edit readable, user-friendly copy and integrate graphics to enhance your message.
TheValueYou DeliverBuilding rapport and credibility with both clients and business partners to create effective working relationships.
Being a knowledgeable resource to ensure strong client satisfaction by analyzing client plans and transition needs, developing effective communications strategies based upon client needs and goals, and delivering high quality communication services.
Overseeing the development and maintenance of project plans and status reports to manage multiple projects with sometimes competing priorities.
Analyzing participant behavior and educational needs to propose best practice solutions and/or custom solutions, and actively identifying any process improvement opportunities within the C&E area and work with appropriate areas to implement changes.
