This is a salaried position.
This position will assist the Banquet Executive Chef in the day to day operations of the Banquet kitchen, employee cafeteria and Social Venue Restaurant and Bar.
We are a private corporate hotel and conference center which focuses on professionals that come to visit.
We do not host weddings, holiday parties, proms, or other local / social events (no Easter Brunches!).
We are closed most holidays like Christmas, New Years Eve/Day, and Thanksgiving Day.

Qualifications:
Strong Culinary experience.
Hotel experience desirable.
Supervisor experience required.
Good computer skills required.
Essential Functions:
Assist with overseeing the banquet kitchen.
Oversee culinary team to ensure production stays on track for our restaurant.
Assist with recruiting, hiring, coaching, counseling and performance evaluations of culinary team.
Monitor production and quality levels of all food products.
Train, develop and maintain employee skills and relations.
