Sales Coordinator
Quick Apply Full-time 13 hours ago Full Job Description Summary of Position Purpose Reporting to the VP Sales, the purpose of this role is to support the sales efforts within corporate and hybrid channels.
This fast-paced position will interact with all cross-functional teams insuring we take care of the customer first.
A strong listener and facilitator is imperative allowing the sales team to remain focused on strategic account selling and new customer acquisition.
KEY DUTIES Liaison between sales and internal ACG departments such as finance, operations, and supply chain Maintain and coordinate sales reporting and dashboards using Salesforce and the Cube Interaction with marketing to maintain/update brand /primary product decks.
Coordinate and communicate monthly Life Cycle Codes and product replacements.
Monitor and communicate agency sales reports.
Assist in board slides for monthly, quarterly, annual meetings.
Coordination of sales/customer samples-NPD/Brand samples not in stock Daily communication with allocations/shipping team to ensure orders shipped on time and in full.
o Communicate back orders/out of stocks to ACG sales and external sales agencies.
Assist with trade show preparations.
Maintain EDI price files between sales and order approval team.
o Replenishment, promotion, trade show and quoted pricing.
Pulling of customer POS data and communication to sales, supply chain, and brand teams Key Requirements and Attributes:
5 years' experience working within a fast-paced CPG wholesale environment.
Ability to mutli-task and react to the needs of the day.
Highly proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Power Point) and Salesforce Analytics o Must be able to create dashboards.
